This property is a DEAL!!

We have a few in Las Vegas, over in the southwest. 3 bedroom single family homes are the ideal property for the Las Vegas MTR market.

I have 5 rental properties and in most of them I have an equity of more than 35%.

@Brandon Weis it sounds kind of tacky for the size of property.

I used Rent to Retirement to purchase a new short-term rental property out of state, managed by the seller’s agent, Lacey Dickinson.

We’ve always had the intention of cash out refinancing into another property once the time was right.  

My understanding is that most lenders will file a mortgage lien on the subject property as soon as the loan is signed so as to preserve their rights, but what if the lender did not do so before the borrower defaulted?

What is considered a good goal for return on equity in a property?
