I've been watching real estate videos going to seminars and reading books but now it's time to get started and I'm completely stuck I want to start wholesaling then eventually rehabbing but do not know where to start and how to break down a deal I'm more of a hands on learner I would be willing to offer a 50/50 split on commission on my first deal for someone to just walk me through it never have to meet up just phone calls or inbox messages I understand time is money and we can negotiate that 50/50 I'm more about the knowledge then money at this point.
