February Housing Trends.

Here are just a few questions that I have:Has most of the growth been focused north of I-30, or are there areas south of the highway that are seeing similar trends?

Would really appreciate any insight on this, and also on the areas/neighborhoods that are trending. 

Interesting about the trends you see and experience here in Austin, TX on fixing SFR.  

Can you convert to condos which trend to singles and smaller households.

At the end of the week, I look at the weekly tally & put those #s on my Monthly sheet for the year so I can see the trends. 

Also, be sure to look to both 2019/2018 date (pre-covid) as well as current data (2021 trends) if possible!

Wholesaling can easily trend hard towards flat-out-deceptive or it can be done with the utmost honor and honesty.I think what happens if we aren't honest about that gradient is we can give blanket justification to the act of wholesaling and then use that to justify the ends, regardless of the means.  

The population on the front range was already projected to double by 2050 and with these trends we will likely be there much sooner.As stated above, Denver is an appreciation market and even before the recent market craze, finding 1% deals in Denver was difficult.

There's definitely less competition in that market segment currently, due to buying trends related to the pandemic which I believe will be short term.
