@Rich HUD selling prices vary vastly by local regions and the property in questions. 2 properties i was looking at sold for 35K and 25K respectively over asking.

They can't possible accept personal responsibility for their actions, so when they don't get their deposit back - it must be your fault - you EVIL RICH LANDLORD (it couldn't be the fact that they didn't follow the lease or left the place trashed).
