I've always been skeptical about the ability to wholesale in Canada, simple due to the smaller size of the market and differences in financing which do not create the same opportunities for wholesalers as you find south of the border.

I didn't know anything about the site, but took a gamble and they delivered properly. 

Is it better to invest in the Tennessee side or right over the border in Georgia as far as taxes and being a property owner?
