Kitchens and bathrooms sell houses and rent homes.

Gut and replace both bathrooms.

I'm also leaning towards not putting it in bathrooms unless it is 10mm or better and good quality.As for the impact on the environment, I think we may be screwed either way as long as we are relying on fossil fuels for our energy needs.

Need to replace some dry wall / flooring in the bathroom, re-caulk the tub and install a glass door (to help prevent water damage), new toilet / vanity, and replace all the door knobs.

I just did vinyl in my last hous bathroom and not one person said anything but positive comments.

Maybe they can finish the kitchen/bathrooms first, which are the most important areas in my opinion.

I had to go to the bathroom after being so nervous all morning.

. :)But the point I'm trying to make is about the subjectivity of the appraisals. 2 appraisers could come to the same property and use different comps and thus arrive at different prices, or value things like bathrooms or square footage differences at different values.

We buy new ceiling paint, gloss white trim paint and semi gloss white we use in bathrooms.
