I filed E last year because I had some friends that insisted it was passive income and therefore did not apply but we've had some substantial losses last year, this year, and will also have quite a bit next year due to 25k in remodeling the first year, special assessments this past year and next year for redoing the siding and decks on the outside of the condos.
