I am talking to a neighbor of mine about selling his house to me & I have seen him doing work (tearing out jacuzzi tub, kitchen cabinets left by the trash can) and he is very anti-government, so it is doubtful he got permits. 

For letters and other administrative tasks, I had a part time local person (not a Virtual assistant).

She was as anti-debt as my dad, but she constantly spoke to us about the importance of buying assets.

These are separate tasks but can be done by the same company if desired.Maybe the Condo Association is self-managed and hires First Services Residential to do the repair work.  

They may employ its own forces or subcontract some of the tasks like electric and plumbing which may go to a "licensed" subcontractor.

Also I sold my truck a few days ago so we only have to take one car down to AZ, I am a huge anti car payment person.. if I buy a 5k car, say an older corolla or something, is that going to effect my selling?

I would kindly explain they were provided the tools necessary and it's their responsibility to complete the task or notify you if there is a problem.

If that seems too much of a task right now, I suggest looking for a REIA group in a bigger city near you like Elizabethtown.

If your person isn't taking tasks from you pro actively or you are having to retrain on things, then you might have the wrong person.
