We have an opportunity at a one bedroom and one bathroom duplex.

The upper units are 2 bedrooms and fine as they are.My question is around the lower units.

I have a 5 bedroom unit in back of the yards that rents for $1275. 

Future development means taking down the 3 bdr bungalow cottage and building a three story condo unit with three four bedroom four bath ocean view “condos” She has it listed it with VRBO, Booking and AirBNB.

Need ample time to respond.

But neighborhoods can change quite quickly from one block to the next, and these aren't quite close enough for me to feel confident that they're truly comparable.One thing that jumped out at me while I was looking at the above county records is that it's officially recorded as a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, NOT a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom (like the Realtor.com listing says it is). 

We allowed ourselves ample time to close, but with the way the calendar fell there was multiple holidays in between the expected date of closing.

@Hai Loc very obvious. 2 blocks from university, 6-bedroom, individual leases.

I'm currently renting a 3 bedroom for 1750 , I have my brother paying 1k of that , I'm sharing a room with my little brother , at 25 years old you can imagine how frustrating that may be .
