I would like to achieve at least 75% occupancy and I'm not sure if this is realistic?  

I am very motivated and have been doing constant research about different opportunities and would like any information or recommendations on best approach that I can get my hands on.

If I were acting as a rehabber in this case, I'd be very concerned about the ability achieve the Chip/Jo look at a price that would allow you to make a profit by selling at market value when finished.  

We used the "find motivated sellers"We pulled a list of our of state owners in lake and porter counties here in Northwest Indiana.

Being able to achieve your long term goal is well within reach if you utilize all the resources available to you.

The best advice I can give you on that aspect is to use your current situation as motivation, rather than let it consume you.

I finally get to say and announce to the world that I’ve achieved my goal – 9 properties and a business by age 26.
