I focus on small MF buildings (5-50 units) and the standard loan for these assets is something like a 5/20 or 5/25 with 70% LTV at an X% rate. 

I feel more confident and prepared now since joining BP.I'm a software developer by trade but have many a hobby and skills. 

Chris Gordon When analyzing an asset whichever method you use is a forecast as you cannot predict future cash flows or values.

And the note becomes an asset they have that is outside the exchange. 

Because it is paid off the property is deep into negative cash flow from the property turning your asset into a liability.

I am looking for a good software tool to help analyze deals quicker.

The reality is we are likely buying high on all asset classes right now.
