Sometimes contractors monitor that site for work.Sadly the most competition you might find would be from other solutions rather than other contractors doing the same work. 

I buy them in bad shape and renovate them to pretty good standards, but a lot of them are older, and we know that problems will eventually show up with infrastructure.

I have 48 very sought after lots all infrastructure is in and I am wanting to build all 48 units for 6.5 million and 400k on the lots the lots are worth 1,680,000 so this is a great deal in a good area. i need construction financing asap thats not gonna kill me as i have lots of the hard work done. thanks for your help.
