I would have never guessed 5 years ago that buying any land in Kenosha County along the freeway would be a good investment, but now we have dozens of companies (Amazon, Uline, etc.) either building or expanding, creating hundreds if not thousands of new jobs and therefore, an increased demand for supporting housing infrastructure.

I have 48 very sought after lots all infrastructure is in and I am wanting to build all 48 units for 6.5 million and 400k on the lots the lots are worth 1,680,000 so this is a great deal in a good area. i need construction financing asap thats not gonna kill me as i have lots of the hard work done. thanks for your help.

I ask about China specifically because I have read they have interest in developing Haiti in the future and because I know they are adventurous business people :)Im exploring this topic because I have some property in Haiti that I would like to develop a little, but the infrastructure of the country makes that difficult.
