Renters can easily commit a 4 digit code to memory, the anxiety level rises ever so slightly when they have to carry around a smartphone as their only re-entry into their rental.

Double digit net caps 10- 14% net are  still to be had if you have the proper team around you. ( NOT SOLICITING  ADMIN )   Heck , 3, 4 years ago we provided 20% net caps,,,,, Still strong and I see pricing going higher. 

Paper or digital currency does not rely on having intrinsic value.
