I had experience with agents in the past that left me DIYing a lot and I had no idea what I was doing. 

Being the DIY guy I am, I went up to Lowes and bought what I considered to be the nuke of insecticides.

:) My husband's and my strengths are the DIY skills for renovating and styling/staging properties, plus managing the finances and other administrative-leaning aspects.

I have seen a lot of DIY LLCs over the years that don't offer the proper protection because it was not formed correctly.

I've been in it for almost 12 years now so, DIY would be great for me but I don't have the passive income to do this as a full time job in the rental investing world.

They might not allow anything but a tradition stick built home.There are some cool homes that are essentially a kit with SIP walls (pre-built, insulated panels) that can be put up in short period of time. 

I would assume REITs take a little bit of the fun out of a DIY investment strategy, however it may remove many of the headaches as well.

Some quotes I received so far were 11K-15K for basic 20 x 20 2 car garage but I have more coming in.Ive been told I can get it much cheaper if I call a lumber/building supply store and get a "garage kit" and have someone build it.

Need Help on different ways to Look up Property Liens or to find out if I have any on the property I own ? ...can Any one Help me please ...Thanks
