Dwelling Options for STR

Hi all,

I have this lot of land that I can potentially utilize close by to Disney World. I want to explore setting something up to Airbnb. I dont want to build on it. I also am not sold on a trailer. Its in a pretty nice town so Id like to keep it a little "classy." My thought was some sort of modular building but I am not too familiar with them.  Out of the box ideas are welcome!

Thank you,

Alex

@Account Closed if your zoning allows it, I think there is a wonderful market in that area for a nice comfortable trailer. People are there to go to Disney, they need a crash pad that is clean and comfy. Most people going there aren't looking for a full blown home to stay in.

My opinion..
