Are you just addressing the items listed or are you doing a full scale renovation to include new kitchen, baths, flooring, fixtures etc!

If the floors are cupping or buckled I'd take them out and replace with 1/2" OSB and then a medium+ quality LVP floor with some kind of light stone pattern.

Inside updated any fixtures or light switches is a small easy touch.

I am looking for tips and places to obtain bathroom and furniture fixtures because there's no bathroom in the basement now, just another bedroom with a closet and open storage space.

Inside we would do repairs, flooring, fixtures, paint, cabinet pulls, etc., at a minimum.
