How do i create value for real estate company that i wish to work with his owner as real estate investor?

I do use an attorney on Subject To and Wraps since new notes are being created.

How well you deal with certain types of people, getting calls at all hours, creating networks so you can quickly have the resources needed to calm a problem.  

I would look for another partner for 2 reasons-it creates competition and is not a single point failure in your business.

I'm still quite a newbie when it comes to REI, but I'm well-versed in using LinkedIn for B2B lead generation and nurturing programs... trying to figure out how to create a similar process for myself and REI.

I'd love to buy and hold multifamily rental properties as a way to create passive income during my residency and fellowship training.
