I'm looking to add another property that I found, but am short a bit of cash to be able to do an all cash deal on it (I do have some time to get it, ~ 30 days).I think my best bet right now is to refinance either my duplex, or SFR that have no liens on them and use that cash, does that seem like the best option to you all?

I don't to be running around looking for options at the last minute.I understand that banks are not interested in making 20 year loans on a loan that will be paid off quickly, but it seems odd that if I had refi'ed and THEN listed it for sale there would not have been a problem.Jay, can I get a HE loan if it is listed for sale?
