With Amazon HQ moving into Crystal City it's tough to find something that is reasonable.

I just bought a 100 yr old industrial building to convert to apartment studios.

Concentrating on the extended stay hotels that have studio/1-/2-bedroom units with kitchenette could minimize conversion costs.

Mouse trap and peanut butter or if you don't want to hurt the mice you can buy traps on amazon that capture them and you can let them free (My daughter made me start doing that LOL)

Jay Hinrichs - I see new construction is going on crazily in greater Vegas for the last few years and it is surprising since it’s not like MIcrosoft, Facebook, Google, Amazon, etc. all have moved here and created 1000s of jobs.Any idea why are they constructing so many houses and who is buying them?
