We have Internet and Cable (little bit above basic), so my three kids can watch some stuff (5, 12 & 14).They just jumped my bill from $93 per month to $124 and no added service(s).Besides not having anything, I at least need internet (for Netflix & computer), do you have any other solutions?

I've been told that an LLC is the way to go, so that we can protect ourselves as individuals if something happens in the rental(s), and also to get the best tax benefits.

Big movements all over the place with people jumping into the "hot sector" with our want it now society.Before the dot com boom of the late 90's / early 2000's a 150-200 point swing in the dow wasn't a common occurrence.
