@Roy Gutierrez ..In my market SFR..June, July Aug..summer and before school starts..Most families with kids settle in..Sometimes during winter months around Thanksgiving/Christmas I offer incentives...1/2 off, no app fee, etc...

The summers are nice because it's cool down there and the winters are nice because it's extra space for holiday gatherings.

You have to be careful in CLE because our winters are brutal and if the home wasn't winterized properly (or too late), the repair costs can rack up...especially in older homes.
