I locked up a property over the weekend here in Utah that I plan on flipping.

I will be on Zoom tomorrow night at 8pm to go through all of the work from this weekend & preparation for next week.

We all know realtors do indeed work on the weekend...

we have done 4 flips for him all at least 6 hours away. we stay at the flip on a cot mday though fday and drive home on weekends.

I once did a complete bathroom remodel for a tenant on a 3-day holiday weekend when they were out of town - flooring, fixtures, new plumbing, everything.

I plan to take a ride to Connecticut this weekend to get a boots on the ground view of the areas and want to make sure that I get a comprehensive view of the Hartford area. 

I know this post is more about Idaho, and I can say, I've visited every corner of the state, from my few years living in Spokane when I regularly spent weekends at Lake Coeur D' Alene to my drives up toward Sand Point and Bonners Ferry, and my ventures to Lewiston, Boise, Idaho Falls, Pocatello, and Twin Falls.

Example: trashed 3/2 foreclosure, working class neighborhood, $16k purchase and $10k Reno  + 6 months working weekends to fix it up.

but are currently renting for another year to save up cash and were scheduled to move this weekend.
