@Joey HicksYou have to have a little understanding of the dynamics of the business and the type of investments involved.Its basically "sale and leaseback" arrangements where one party is the lessor, "fee simple" owner, one with the deed and another the lessee, with a long term NNN lease. meaning over 30 years.

All that would be displayed is a redacted DL for visual confirmation and a contact form for the selected LL, no defamation, no indication of whether or not they were evicted or didn't pay, just a simple 'Request Contact Info by Email' form (would contact the specific LL by the provided email at registration).A site like this would have to be heavily moderated for LL registration and a LL adding him/herself to a particular tenant as a previous reference.

Typically I would have held and waited it out, but luckily I liquidated because I was planning to buy some additional properties and am now sitting on a lot of dry powder actively looking for deals.I believe the rational for not selling might be the same dynamic behind buying for monthly cash flow instead of buying based on speculative appreciation.
