Hey BP,As I continue to practice analyzing BRRRR deals, I'm finding that I feel great at every stage except truly feeling confident with my ARVs! 

My understanding is that traditional lenders not comfortable giving loans for cannabis related projects and at this stage we are debating whether to consider private equity and/or hard money. 

While you're still in this stage of learning I recommend you study up on what you can and cannot do with an FHA 203B or FHA 203K loan.

Honestly, I have no idea what I'm doing yet but I'm well past the 'get educated" stage.
