Hello everyone, I have 2 rental properties, 2  units each in PA where I am paying for water, sewer and heat and these bills are eating my cashflow, I am a new investor, one of my rentals, water, sewer and heat added to 600 dollars for this month, one of the reasons might be  that one of my tenant is keeping her windows open all the time claiming that the apartment is too hot and when I lower the heat, she claims she is too cold.

I believe it's unrealistic that a PM will take care of your properties the same way you will as an owner, but you can expect a professional process and they should generate leads on all available plattforms!

During the title search the title company found 2 properties which may or may not be my fathers (I doubt it) one of which had a complaint claim in 2018, also a bankruptcy came up in the search for the property I’m refinancing, I’m named after my father and they need me to verify that the bankruptcy isn’t mine, and that I, nor my father owns these other two properties.
