if the local trash company won't take it and you don't have a big enough trailer or truck bed then you will probably have to find someone with a box truck to help out or rent a box truck and find a suitable landfill to take it.

Roaches and Bed Bugs are the kiss of death, you need to deal with those immediately or they will turn your house upside down. 

If you can get near any of the universities in the 150k-250k range depending on beds/baths, then you can rent out to college kids.
