It may be helpful to keep your eye out to see what's being sent in your area and take mental notes of what you see, that way you can consciously move away from the trends and stand out.As for the message, it's best to keep it simple the first few touches, and elaborate more as you continue to send (follow ups are VERY important) or when you talk to them on the phone.
