The new place I was supposed to move in failed to cooperate in all regards and laid all laws and conditions in their favor.I requested to see a copy of lease to check if there were any terms I might not like, but they refused and said that will be available the day I sign the lease that is one day before I wanted to move in.

This is strictly between myself and the seller.  

I ended up with the property that best fit my needs and was able to get a very strong feel for the market, laws, etc.

The law is on your side and as long as you aren't doing anything egregious or outright illegal your protection should hold up.

TLDR: $750k house in best part of town on a $140k single person salary, with a $2500 mother-in-law suit and 2 extra airbnb rooms. 

Exception:  you are an employee of the owner (typically builder/developer) and showing only their properties.That being said, I know of lots of people that are doing just what you propose, and are doing so knowingly or unknowingly breaking the DORE laws, at lest for NY and PA. 

Over the past number of years I make it a point to reach out yearly to each state's manufactured housing division or title transfer bureau to double-check I'm familiar with the local laws and title procedures. 

These are interesting points however there are some laws that say differently...I wonder what you thoughts on these are :irst, let’s assume the purchase agreement does not assign the insurance claim.
