I have been doing a lot of research here and I *think* I understand how this all works.

Hi There,I am trying to understand how best to value an RV park.

From what I understand, the process appears to be relatively synonymous, but dealing with foreign payments and foreign entities is unchartered territory for me, and I want to make sure I deal with closing and managing this property in the right way.

I just looked up the covenants on the online city records, hoping to see an amended recording, and the original 1997 ones appear to be the only ones there, so this helps me understand the issue more fully, if they take precendent over Rules & Regs.

Me and my Partner have a deal under contract out of town but the greatest challenge is finding buyers in that market.Feels like we called every line available to find buyers in the area but we haven't struck a solid buyer any suggestions on building a buyers list or finding buyers interested in Fix and Flips Near WACO.

But I think I understand  where the OP is coming from.

Stessa is great if you are an individual who owns real estate.The reason is that Stessa can create a profit and loss statement but from my understanding, they do not have the capability to create a balance sheet which is required if you are operating as an entity.In general, I recommend Quickbooks(Desktop) as it is much more cost efficient than the online version.

Make sure you're working with a lender who understands the VA loan (if you are in Killeen-Temple or San Antonio, basically every local lender should have a good understanding of the VA loan). 

Also, can anyone recommend a solid accountant for everyday investors who can provide reliable advice and is reasonably priced?
