If we were not in the middle of our personal moving (which as you can imagine adds a lot of stress and financial restraints), I am rather handy and would have painted the house myself, clean myself, and only bring a carpet guy to replace the carpet.

Go through your agent and save yourself the stress of getting yourself into a situation you wont know how to handle.

I don't know if it's because I am 8 months pregnant or if it's because I my husband just accepted a new job and we moved to a new state and my stress levels have been higher than usual, but I am having a hard time with these tenants.

Hi Carisa,Ohio is a great starter market for multifamily and I could not stress enough that it makes more sense to go with multifamily, if you are able to, because income and expenses scale better when you buy right.
