Too funny....I had a friend that received the samephone call....And he told them... sorta the same thing...And just agreed with them so they'd go away...Nope we don't flip sub2's...It ain't nothing like that...Trust me... if you truly knew what it was...You'd be "keeping you mouth shut as well...

So yes, mortgage rates are at a record low and could move even lower, especially if the U.S. economy shuts down again, unemployment rises, and investors rush even further into the bond market.

Most investors never get one and most don't get into trouble but you are right you have to be so careful and the wrong person (normally a real estate agent) can turn you in and you could be shut down.  

The building dept even shut us down because we didn't have a licensed GC...so I had to STOP WORK, study and get my license!

One time I was lucky enough to not get the flame to immediately shut off and the control board flame button went to solid yellow and it went strong for minutes while I had my finger on the switch.

The little details always eat you alive - there were probably $300 in miscellaneous plumbing supplies (shut-off valves at each fixture, braided hoses, copper fittings, etc).

Rooming houses are a business and since they're illegal, more and more residents report them to the city, so that they get shut down, as they drag the values of the surrounding houses further down.

Many have never done laundry, bought dishwasher detergent, changed an air filter, located a shut-off valve, etc.
