Have websites up, doing direct marketing campaigns  and internet marketing w/ PPC, and spending money on education; real estate agent course, a lot of books (also bigger pockets books). 

The topic is "Using your Own or Other's IRA Money and Strategies to Purchase Real Estate"I've been looking forward to this meeting to learn more about how to use a self-directed IRA to invest in RE, but unfortunately life came up and there's no way I can make it tonight. 

I think we are heading in that direction so it could be a good time to buy in the near future.

I had an AC unit replaced by them this past summer, so they invoiced me and then directly applied the next rent payments to that invoice amount.

that may or may not be the direction you want to go but after 16 years selling in the DC Metro area, it proved to be very worthwhile for me! 

That dollar amount looks like about what someone might have in a self directed IRA, to me.
