I’d recommend a mentor which is what I did 5 years ago and we’ve been rocking ever since.

Most people I work with live in primary markets (as opposed to Birmingham, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Memphis, Little Rock, Jacksonville, Ohio, or other secondary or tertiary markets) where the Rent-to-Value Ratios are under 1%.

However it was not fully finished only one small room was sheet rocked and insulated as well as a half bath that was put in.

I've always used and had great luck with Integrity Plumbing out of North Little Rock.

Our building is Class B, and we are moving into most likely less than 10 year old Class A space in 2019.

You'll need a simple 2-page contract with the seller (A-B) and then the assignment contract with the end buyer (B-C); or you have the option of doing a double-close which would necessitate 2 separate contracts.
