From the client perspective, using a title company that handles title clearance themselves seems easier so they prefer it. 

The majority of our clients are from other states, even other countries.

We service several Domestic and International Investors and in doing so we try to insure all of our Clients are satisfied with our service.

I've heard of Direct Mail (which seems a little out of my league to begin with), driving for cash, and reaching out to property managers to see if clients want to sell.

But beyond that, I'm logging away all of this information for potential future use in either investment deals of my own or helping navigate financing for clients, I really appreciate all of the expert insight!

I know a lot of realtors like to focus solely on selling and aren't interesting in managing properties themselves.Do realtors refer clients to property managers?

I mean I actually enjoy reading through multiple leases and deciphering advantages and disadvantages it may have for my client!

I'm looking for an investor friendly real estate agent and investor to help me find deals, analyze deals, and help me recognize things I might be overlooking.

My current broker who is also a property manager has specifically asked me to "try" to not bring him clients with multi's to manage.
