We are in the process of purchasing a duplex in Moscow, ID and want to convert the property to separate parcels. 

From my experience on the financing side, DSCR loans are easy to structure and have a straight forward process.

Everything has been done in the process, this was the last step, I don’t want to miss out on this home, and I see a big opportunity to negotiate.

So the next state over that’s more affordable than here is PA.My question is, although both states aren’t landlord friendly, the fact that I want section 8 tenants instead of normal tenants, do I have an advantage over the eviction process?

I just got my license through Kaplan, and it worked out great especially because Keller Williams paid for my tuition and guided me through the whole process.
