The fact that your buyers can't perform has nothing to do with your agreement with your lender.

Losing an otherwise performing property because the balloon was due and you couldn't place new debt would sting...and is a possibility I believe most owners discount.Best,Hunter

If it is, they are not performing nor executing their part of the transaction as they need to be able to close the front end.
