Notarizing Documents in Thailand

I am in the process of buying a 4BR 3BA SFD in Leon Valley, a suburb of San Antonio, Texas. I am financing it as an owner-occupied dwelling. Texas is a community property state, so my wife has to sign on the loan. She is Thai and lives in Thailand. I sent over a POA that she has to get notarized. The only places I know of that perform notarial services that are acceptable to my title agent are the US Embassy in Bangkok and the US Consulate in Chiang Mai. They are both closed now due to the virus. I don't see them opening up any time soon. My close date is 1 May. I just informed the title company about my situation. We are trying to work out alternatives, but we have not found one yet. Any suggestions out there? Everyone stay safe out there.
