I am interested in purchasing the unit from the estate, including any rights under the title insurance policy (the property was supposedly sold free and clear to purchaser, but the outstanding lien will implicate the title insurance policy).Is it possible for me to purchase the property and also become the beneficiary under the deceased's title insurance policy?
