I'd pass on it and focus more on the bare necessities like dishwasher, closet organizer, etc.

Quick update: We might have a small group tonight in Berkeley, but we're still going to meet.For those that can't make it in person, I'm going to organize a google hangout starting at 6:30 so that we can meet face to face with anyone who wanted to attend, but couldn't.

Roger Lin organized a meeting in December over the "Meetup" website, and I know there is another one scheduled this month.

They've purposely not organized the MLS so that they can keep exclusivity to the market and keep listings in house to make more.
