You mention a condo, I hope you have worked on the the cash flow and other scenarios (condo association fee increases, etc.) to make sure that in the LONG run this is a good deal and fits your long term objectives/goals.

Hi @Paul Staszel, It really depends on what your parents goals and objectives are for wanting to put your brother on title to the new Replacement Property.  

I also believe that it is my job to help do the initial screening of potential deals that might fit my client's objectives.

Go with quality over quantity.

Well, not being a prophet, I'm guessing that we will go merrily on for the time being.We're already seeing the uncertainty resulting from the unknown quantity, but overall, "the rich people" in the legislature aren't about to shoot their own feet, even if they do "change their footwear" significantly.My advice for the short term (remainder of Q4 CY1016, first half of Q1 2017) would be to sit back and watch for patterns to develop rather than commit to actions based on pure speculation.

And that quantity of hypocrisy would be tough for even him to justify.
