I have to pay for food and travel, but the cost of entry to those events is very low.

We got a limo-van tour of 3 properties, we had snacks and some class time at Phil’s mansion, we got hotel food in a private meeting room, and we got a steak dinner at Perry’s Steakhouse and Grill.

It's a very different investment outlook if it is Wal-Mart or fast-food chains vs. a factory or a large service firm.

The last two storms tell me that no food map can predict with any certainty!

Certainly your residential tenants would love a food place.
