It sounds like, with your explanation, that you would not need an approval from the HOA. 

It was a great investment on their part as I have bought multiple properties with them, as well as been a private lender on numerous loan to the same company.  

After @Andrew Postell explanation earlier in the thread a conventional loan would not work with LLC because it's not allowed by Fannie/Freddie.Thanks...

Boca has a draw due to FAU, Boca Regional Hospital and the number of corporate employers however there are numerous apartments due to come on the market in 2017 as well.
