Hi All,looking to invest in some apartment buildings on Aurora's North side just south of the outlet malls.

I am currently closing on a property in North Tonawanda, NY the next step is to gain tenants for the property.

I would shoot for bothell, or North Seattle.

These properties are in Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina.  

Just north of 20k in an IRA and I have looked high and low since we can only contribute $5500 a year this will be a slow scaling account.  

I grew up in the western suburbs and have lived in the city since 2006 on the north side, working as an equities trader.

Lots of events here in Houston, all of the ones mentioned In the thread are good, Noble Mortgage and Capital Concepts also have a few get togethers in the area, I am starting to think that Houston is the city with more real estate investors in North America.

What cap rates can I expect in North Jersey for multifamily unit

There are people out there that dont have them time nor the inclination to manage the property.
