I have some really good friends in B ham  ping me if you want to.... its a nice town I like the topography as opposed to just flat.however be very careful there.. with negative grade and positive grade driveways... they don't look so severe in pictures as they do in real life.. some of them are pretty narley

I ask this because In 2015 I claimed every expense possible and it saved me alot of $$$ on taxes, but in the end it had a negative side effect when applying for another mortgage on an additional property.

With a cash flow negative property you have to do some kind of forward projection or the property will likely continue to deteriorate to the point that even free does not work.

I would prefer a company located in the US, and with English native-language employees, simply because I've heard so much negative feedback from colleagues and friends about companies using non-US-sourced companies.
