Looking to start Turnkey investing!

Hey everyone, I'm new to BP but have been reading forums for a few months now and everyone is very insightful. I'm looking to start purchasing turnkey SFH/Duplexes with the goal of having 15 properties in 7 years bringing in passive income. I had a question, I read that Fannie/Freddie allow financing for your first 10 properties but what are your financing options after that if any? Thanks for the help! I plan to start this summer and will keep everyone updated on my progress.

@Tom Ott Thank you! Right now I am looking at starting in Birmingham with Jonathan Mednick who I was recommended to by a friend of mine.  One thing I learned from listening to podcast was to keep my options open, buy Jonathan has been great thus far!  I'm currently doing research on the area but will definitely look at those links you posted!

@Jay Hinrichs Thanks for posting you are legend with your knowledge as I have been reading your posts for about a month now! I just started listening to Clayton this month.  My main podcasts are Cash Flow Savvy with Matt Theriault and Real Wealth Network with Kathy Fetke.  Any other recommendations?
