Be sure you have appropriate check boxes checked. 

Box store materials are not even worth looking at.. they will all fail quickly.

Not only did the seller leave out the property taxes, they also did not include any management or property insurance.Regardless of if you use the BP spreadsheets or build your own, make sure that all the boxes are filled in or you understand how they are combined (e.g.

I lived in one house with a spring box (it was in the basement) but when I  think about it now it probably wasn't as it should have been. 

I think you can pull it off but it is going to require some out of the box methods.

There are over 40 Different ancillary income streams in the Self-Storage Industry - Truck Rental, Selling locks, boxes, and moving supplies, lighting, shelving, records storage, pack n ship, ebay.....  

So it was my position that I could take them.. also it was the day of the sale so the trustee's deed had not been recorded yet.so I send my guys down to snag what amounts to 3 to 5k worth of appliances in box's and the winning bidder showed up..
