The inspection clause would seem to need to run longer, as one often doesn't know who will be doing the inspection.

you are going to need to get some credit lines/cards through the llc with yourself as a gaurantor and build credit over time

I agree that having the financial muscle to take the property down AND complete can make all the difference.
