Also, if you have not gotten a pre-approval yet, definitely try to get 2-3 to ensure they all match.

As my own employer....I can set up a $2 to $1 matching contribution to my 401K.... so I could put in the max $18K and my LLC would contribute another $36K. 

A right of first refusal doesn’t keep your original price in place....it allows you to match any new offers.

As far as my tax bracket, I will probably gross around $80,000-$85,000 this year, but I do have a company 401k(traditional) with match that I contribute to, only 5% for the match and then an extra $5,000 flat for dependent care and another $1,000 towards an HSA.

The deals I’ve sold over in that direction this past year, are the ones I am most excited to see the result of. 

With prices to match, and cashflow in the exact opposite direction.

@Darsh PatelDon’t waste your time with people who don’t physically have the voucher during the showing and it must match the property dwelling .

One of the worst situations that could result is that the contractor does not get paid and they go to the courthouse to place a lien on your property. 

PenFed looks good; I haven't had a deal that matched their criteria, but I might use them sometime.
