That's a matter of having broad knowledge of building codes and taking a test.

I did a very intensive social media campaign in Northern Colorado, paid A LOT of $ for it and I got multiple leads but most of them were junk.

So I figured I might as well do it myself.I have watched a bunch of diy videos on it and it seems simple enough (labor intensive but dosent seem overally challenging) Just wondering if anyone has done this themselves and what was your experience when you did it.

These are fantastic buildings that have stood the test of time and in many cases are much better built than newer masonry construction. 

I buy turnkeys so I don't have to do the intensive work of identifying the properties... they do that.

It's a little late for this, but you also should have a sample of the flooring tested for asbestos.

Plus, it's a great piece to send out to test the list you have.
