Check out rentometer.com Hey, thank you for replying, the issue that I have with rentometer is that the realtor, when I ask for the rent, gives me a different number that's genrally lower than rentometer, so again, I don't want to be optimistic about it and then the numbers don't work out.

Even if the market did drop right after my purchase, I mean, as long as I can pay the mortgage from rent and hold onto the property for the long run, everything should work out fine... right?
